The hotel had a fantastic location right in the vibrant Getsemani area of Cartagena, close to the main center and numerous restaurants. However, my room was on the ground floor with limited privacy, and some facilities seemed to be in disrepair. The service staff was helpful but could be friendlier, and the dining options required a long wait. Overall, it offers good value for the location but needs improvements in other areas.
